Recommendable Cleaning Process

1.Plastics purge with Injection Molding Machines

Please follow the procedure below.
Finish molding.

Purge the remaining plastics.

Set the back pressure zero,
throw CELPURGE in.
Repeat mete and purge to clean the inside of cylinder.

Put the subsequent material into the hopper.
Repeat metering and purging to change over.

Start injection molding.


2.Recommendable machine settings

For cleaning the cylinder of injection machines, consecutively perform the “1st cleaning/Basic cleaning” and “2nd cleaning/Nozzle cleaning” shown below. The purging times or other conditions in the table are rough standard. Please adjust them to the plastics you use or the dirt of your machines.
