Remarks
PP originally does not absorb water, however, please be sure that preliminary drying is necessary to get excellent surface appearance of moldings.
Without preliminary drying, silver streaks often arise especially in molding of the flame retardant grades.
Please note long hours molding at high temperature often causes degradation of plastics and resultant unevenness of color of moldings.
*“CELPURGE MA2” is recommendable for purging of Daicel PP.
For purging of filled grades or carbonized contamination, “CELPURGE AW2 / high cleaning type” or “CELPURGE AG4 / super cleaning type” is especially recommendable.
