Products with special function

Novalloy A is PA6/ABS alloy, designed with sophisticated compatibilizing technology. Impact resistance and chemical resistance of PA6 and processability of ABS are balanced. At the same time, the disadvantage of PA6, instability of dimension or other properties caused by water absorption, is decreased. Glass fiber reinforced grades are especially suitable for moldings require flowability, high rigidity, and weld strength.

General purpose grades

Various grade from ABS-like grade, A1300, to PA6-like grade, A1700, are available.
The Impact resistance exceeds the values calculated with additivity rule.
   Suitable for applications require dimensional stability and paintability.

Filler reinforced grades

Glass fiber, glass flake, and carbon fiber reinforced grades are available. High flowability, suitable for thin wall moldings. Fillers are indistinctive on the moldings’ surface with naked eyes, excellent surface appearance after painting or other fabricating also can be obtained.

*“CELPURGE MA2” is recommendable for purging of Novalloy A.
For purging of filled grades or carbonized contamination, “CELPURGE AW2 / high cleaning type” or “CELPURGE AG4 / super cleaning type” is especially recommendable.
